Hi, I’m Avneet,
I know what it’s like to have audacious dreams and aspire to make them come true. I've experienced the highs, battled the lows, hit plateaus of confusion, and learned to bounce back. I know what it feels like to not feel your best and not know where you’re headed.
After 3 years of burnout and mental health challenges, I rebuilt my confidence, launched my coaching business, founded Encubay, delivered a TEDx Talk — and wrote The Life Planner, now used by hundreds worldwide. Everything that helped me reclaim my power is inside this planner.
